I cannot recommend Empire Hyundai enough. I emailed inquiring about looking for 2 cars that are no longer produced in a manual transmission. They didn't have any that day, but I got a text 2 days later from Ray that 1 came in. My trade in died in a heavy rain on the way there, Empire allowed my car to be towed in, they still gave a decent amount for it, and Michelle was able to get me into my literal dream car, even though there was an issue with my credit report. I recently purchased a vehicle while trading in my previously own vehicle. Ronnie was the sales person that handle the deal. He went above and beyond to ensure that i was satisfied with the entire process. Overall, Ronnie was great!!! He help me out of a shitty deal and got my monthly payments down from what they once were. Also got me a very good warranty coverage. Overall a great experience. As for the reliability of the car, only time will tell.
