I bought a New Elantra from here and I will definitely be buying all my future cars and my kids cars here as well. Highly recommend. 1st) Best price around by far. 2nd) No hassle. I was getting tired of the old-school sales tactics and it took the fun out of shopping for a new car. There was none of this. Not even the "Want the ceramic coating" type pressure! 3rd) Michelle was responsive, did what she said she would do, and followed up on how I liked the car. I witnessed her multi-tasking and being very effective and attentive. Great Salesperson! 4th) love the electronic paper work. I drove over 1.5 hrs to go here and would easily do it again!

Stay clear of this dealership and their service department. Hyundais have a white paint issue that was covered for repair under a recall / warranty. After a year of battling to get the issues corrected there body shop did a terrible job, the general manager was non responsive for a vehicle we purchased for a lot of money. They did not blend the paint job, on the panels they did paint was not buffed out in some areas, rough and drips around the car doors. We are still battling with these folks with no real results. I bought my used Nissan Pathfinder at the Swansea location. Their service department stinks compared to the one in Fall River. Here, at Fall River, I had a Service Consultant named Tiara Young who went out of her way to look at my air filter since the light came on. She said with no hesitation it was a bit dirty but I could still go on my road trip. She was a sweetheart that gave me peace of mind. So please, go there if you have any questions or doubts.
