Does the Hyundai Elantra offer all-wheel drive?

No. All of the available Elantra models are made with front-wheel drive.

 

Does the Hyundai Elantra offer Apple CarPlay® or Android Auto®?

 

Apple CarPlay® and Android® auto come standard on all of the Elantra models except for the base-level model, the Elantra SE. However, all trim levels of the Hyundai Elantra feature Bluetooth® hands-free phone capability. Once you connect your phone using one of these systems, you can use the included touchscreen display to operate your favorite apps for easy listening as you cruise to Pawtucket. Through the Bluetooth® application, phone access is limited to phone and music.

How many people can fit inside the Hyundai Elantra?

 

The Elantra can fit up to five people, including the driver. The front row seats two people, and the back row fits up to three people. Planning to transport kids in your new Elantra? The rear seat has lower anchors and tethers for children (LATCH), so you can install a car seat or booster seat safely.

Does the Hyundai Elantra have a backup camera?

 

Yes. Every Elantra model comes with a rearview camera. It displays the image on the screen that sits on the car's dashboard, so you can see objects or people behind you. The Elantra's rearview camera also features dynamic guidelines that help you back into a parking spot. As you turn the wheel, the guidelines adjust to help you predict the position of the car.

As an added bonus, the new Elantra also offers a few standard driver-assist features, which use special sensors to monitor your surroundings and can autonomously control certain functions to prevent accidents. Standard driver-assist features of all trims include Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Driver Attention Warning (DAW), and Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) with Pedestrian Detection.

Does the Hyundai Elantra offers remote start?

Hyundai does not offer a factory remote start feature. However, in order to give you many equivalent features, certain trims offer Blue Link®, a subscription-based application available through most smarthone carriers. Through Bluelink Connected Care and Remote Engine Servce, you are able to lock/unlock your car remotely, using your ssmarphone, as well as start the engine remotely and warm up the car before you leave for work in Warwick, RI. Blue Link® also enables drivers to keep up with routine service reminders and vehicle diagnostics.

Shoppers who choose the Value Edition and Limited trims will enjoy a three-year complimentary subscription to the Blue Link® Connected Care and Remote Package; this feature is also optional on the Sport trim.

Does the Hyundai Elantra require special fuel?

All Elantra models use run on standard unleaded fuel, so you don't have to worry about special types of fuel. All models but the Eco use a multi-point injection fuel system; the Eco uses a gasoline direct injection system to help boost fuel economy. Each Elantra has a 14-gallon gas tank to help you go father between stops for gas.

How many trim levels does the Hyundai Elantra offer?

The new Elantra comes in six different trim levels. The base level is called the Elantra SE; it comes with everything you need, including a five-inch touchscreen, cloth seating, and a 2.0L engine. The top model is the Elantra Sport, which features a seven-inch touchscreen and larger front brake rotors. The Sport also offers the most power, with a turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine and 201 horsepower. Between these two models, the Elantra is available in the SEL, Value Edition, Eco, and Limited.

Is the Hyundai Elantra good for off roads?

Since it has front-wheel drive and a ground clearance of just 5.3 inches, the Elantra is best used on the roads. If you do need to drive off-road, the Elantra offers a traction control system that limits wheelspin to help your tires maintain a better grip on muddy, wet, or snowy surfaces.

How many miles does the Hyundai Elantra last?

Each of the Elantra models comes with a limited warranty that guarantees you five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. The powertrain's warranty is longer; it's guaranteed for 10 years or up to 100,000 miles.

Can the Hyundai Elantra tow a boat?

 

No. Given the size of the engine and the vehicle itself, the Elantra is not rated for towing.
